First Aid Training for Parents at Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Kozhikode
On December 6, 2024, Trauma Care Kozhikode (TRACK) organized a First Aid Training session for parents at the Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation, and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC-Kozhikode). Dr. Lokeshan Nair served as the faculty for this session, delivering expert insights and practical demonstrations on essential first aid techniques.
The training focused on equipping parents with life-saving skills, such as managing common injuries, handling choking, and performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Dr. Nair's engaging and hands-on approach ensured an enriching learning experience for the attendees.
A total of 71 parents actively participated in the session, showcasing their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of their children, particularly those with special needs.
