Warm greetings from Trauma Care Kozhikode (TRACK) – a pioneering NGO recognized by NITI Aayog, and the first of its kind in India to initiate structured first responder training for road accidents, helping save countless lives within the critical golden hour.
Since our inception in 1998, we have trained over 75,000 volunteers in Disaster Management, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Compression-Only Life Support (COLS). Our mission is rooted in social responsibility, rapid response, community training, and the protection of both human lives and the natural environment. We now invite your esteemed organization to partner with us through CSR funding support, enabling us to scale and sustain our lifesaving, life-affirming initiatives.

Our Key Areas of Work

First Responder Services

Training and deploying volunteers to accident sites, disaster zones, and medical emergencies — delivering critical intervention within the golden hour, increasing survival rates, and easing trauma.

Disaster Management Training

Structured programs to equip citizens, students, professionals, and institutions with the knowledge and readiness to act in emergencies.

BLS and COLS Training

Empowering communities with essential resuscitation techniques to act before medical professionals arrive.

Road Safety Campaigns

Driving behavioural change and public awareness to prevent accidents and promote responsible road usage.

Leadership and Emergency Training

Cultivating responsible youth and community leaders through hands-on experience in safety, rescue, and crisis response.

Geriatric Care Services

Extending compassionate care to the elderly, addressing their emotional and physical needs, and offering structured support systems for a dignified life in their twilight years.

Medical Support Services

Including blood and organ donation drives, and patient support desks in hospitals such as the Govt. Medical College Kozhikode, helping victims and families during medical emergencies.

Environmental Conservation & Biodiversity Protection

Our latest and critical mission focuses on restoring and preserving the Western Ghats, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and biodiversity hotspot. We are:

  • Actively involved in removing the invasive Senna spectabilis species that threatens native ecosystems in Wayanad.
  • Supporting wildlife conservation by reducing human-wildlife conflict.
  • Replanting affected forest areas with native tree species to rebuild natural habitats and stabilize biodiversity.

Your CSR Support Can Help Us in

  • Strengthening and expanding our first responder network across Kerala and beyond
  • Procuring medical kits, transport vehicles, and rescue equipment.
  • Scaling eco-restoration activities to protect fragile ecosystems and endangered species.
  • Enhancing our capacity to train thousands more in life-saving and communitystrengthening skills.
  • Delivering empathy-driven geriatric care to those most in need.

Your support will have a direct, measurable, and lasting impact – on lives, ecosystems, and communities.
